Boardroom Salon for Men · SMS Booking · Opt-In Flows
How guests opt in to text with Boardroom
Guests hear from us by text through two paths, and both begin with the guest's own consent. Inbound: a guest taps a button on our website, their own messaging app opens with a
booking request pre-filled, and they send it themselves. Outbound: Boardroom sends
appointment follow-ups and re-engagement messages — only to existing guests who checked the
marketing-SMS opt-in when booking. Never to purchased or third-party lists. This walkthrough
shows both flows end to end.
Part 1 Inbound — where the guest-initiated opt-in lives on
boardroomsalon.com
By texting us, you consent to receive SMS messages about your appointments —
scheduling, confirmations, and changes — from Boardroom Salon for Men. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for
help. Privacy Policy and Terms.
Part 2 Inbound — the booking conversation, step by step
01
Guest taps “Text to Book” on boardroomsalon.com
The button and the consent language appear together, directly under the primary booking
CTA.

Two opt-in paths
Guests either text us first from the “Text to Book” button, or receive outbound messages
because they checked the marketing-SMS opt-in when booking. Every conversation traces to
one of those two consents — never purchased or third-party lists.
Consent shown up front
Consent language, message-rate disclosure, STOP instructions, and links to the Privacy
Policy and SMS Terms appear at both opt-in points — beside the website button and on the
booking form.
Appointments & re-engagement
This number sends appointment scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations,
plus rebooking and re-engagement texts to opted-in guests. Every outbound message restates
STOP.

details shown for example (Dallas – Uptown); the messaging number is +1 (817) 214-9237.
